They prepare the chalet for your arrival and checks it on your departure. They live less than a couple of minutes walk up the road from the chalet and are there for you if you have any problems or queries about the chalet whilst you are on holiday. They may visit during your stay to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction and of course to cut the grass in the summer. How we expect you to leave the chalet when you go and what they do by way of thorough cleaning is explained on the Your Own Home page.
We will provide you with their home and mobile telephone number as well as including their own property on the sketch map with the information which we send to you after booking with us. You will pick up the key to the chalet from them on your arrival.
They check the Chalet when you leave and provide us with a report to enable us to return your deposit.
They live in the village all year round and have their own business and as a result know the area in depth as well as knowing many local people in St Jean and Morzine very well. |

Chalet Belle Dranse is managed locally by our friends, an English couple, who look after any maintenance needs and security when we are not there. They live close by —just “a few doors down the road”. |
