The two bedroom apartment is on the second floor of the building and shares the private corridor with two other apartments.  Lift and stairs provide access from the entrance and from the basement car park.  Access to the building and to the apartment is by security code or key.  The apartment has a full security panel so that visitors can be admitted remotely.

 

The shops at ground level below are day time only to avoid risk of evening and night time noise disturbing apartment residents.  This was a feature of the whole development’s planning permission.  Outside is a large and attractive piazza.

 

There is a short corridor leading into the apartment with a coat cupboard on the left.

 

The apartment has a centrally regulated hot water heating system with temperature control in the main lounge area.  Radiators in each room have local on/off control.

 

Lounge

The large lounge has full height glazed doors leading out onto the private balcony which has sufficient room to sit out and enjoy the mountain views and evening life below.

 

It has two large, deep and comfortable three seater sofas to UK standards, one of which is a double sofa bed.  Large flatscreen 21” TV with satellite channels and DVD (DVD hire shop almost opposite).  Separate stereo with CD, tape and radio.  WIFI main hub in the lounge area.  Italian tiled flooring.

 

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for full catering with a large fridge, electric four plate hob, oven/microwave, extractor hood and dishwasher.  Preparation room is very good for an apartment kitchen.  There are sufficient pots, pans, serving dishes and kitchen utensils for preparing full meals as well as snacks.

 

The dining area is set out adjacent to the kitchen with a full six seater dining table and chairs.  Besides use for meals this makes for an ideal large work area for guests who need to bring work and business with them.

 

Master Bedroom

A very spacious room with quality wood floor and large rug.  Very comfortable King sized (five foot wide) traditional iron double bed with high quality, fully sprung mattress, large three section Edwardian mahogany wardrobe.  Dressing table and chair.  Windows out onto piazza area.  Door leads to own ensuite bathroom.

Directly opposite the second bedroom, this bathroom is fully tiled with washbasin, full sized bath and shower above.  Large and spacious, it contains a washing machine/drier.

 

Toilet

Next to second bathroom, it is primarily for use by occupants of the second bedroom.  The toilet  is separate so that it can be used by visitors as well as residents.

 

Garage Parking, Ski Locker & Cave

Dedicated car parking space in basement area close to main internal lifts providing direct access to corridor outside apartment.  Access restricted to guests and apartment owners by own personal infra red security key. Own personal Ski Locker and very large Storage Cave in basement.
