The apartment is well equipped. Care and thought has been taken in thinking through and providing what you may like to have over and above the basics of what you will need. From electric kettle to DVD.
Please take care of these as if they were your own so that other visitors may benefit. Please tell the local Agent if something doesn’t appear to be working correctly.
To cover damage and breakage a security deposit is required with your booking. If anything is broken or damaged then it is better to resolve this whilst you are on holiday by speaking with our Local Agent rather than deal with it when you come home. A detailed contents list is provided when you book and should be used to highlight any missing or damaged items and agreed with our Local Agent when you arrive.
As the floors in the kitchen and dining area are tiled, crockery and glass will break if dropped. Please take care when dealing with breakages and spillages.
There are instructions for the main appliances.. The Local Agent’s staff will help if you are unsure.
As with your own home it is wise not to offer the opportunity although the apartments are furnished with a good security system to control entrance and exit if non-residents. Please lock the Apartment doors and close the windows when leaving it unattended. Likewise your car in the underground garage area. If for no other reason, the insurance policy for the apartment requires that it is locked when left unattended!
