The Local Agent’s staff are English and live permanently in Chamonix which means that they have excellent knowledge of everything you may need as well as being advocates of Chamonix (well they would wouldn’t they?).
Their office is only a few minutes walk from the apartment so it is very easy for them to be on hand if you need their help.
They will be able to advise you on ski hire shops, how to sort out your lift pass and where to get the ski bus—that is if you don’t know Chamonix well already. They will also be able to tell you about restaurants, food shops and bars as well as explain the local geography.
They will show you how to use the entrance and security system for the apartment, car parking and where everything is including the ski locker for storing skis and boots and the Cave for your luggage and anything else.
They will have been responsible for making sure that the apartment is clean and ready for you with fresh bed linen and towels.
When you leave they will check out the apartment and report to the owners before return of your security deposit.

The apartment is managed by a Local Agent who looks after any maintenance needs and security.
During your holiday it is very important that if you have any problems then you should speak with them as soon as possible. The aim is for you to thoroughly enjoy yourselves. |
